If you'd like to donate shoes for this event, please drop them off at the donation booth while visiting the Makers Festival that is this Saturday the 29th here:

10am-3pm Rain or Shine: Carolina St. Hartwell GA: Juried artisan event in beautiful, historic downtown Hartwell, GA showcasing our unique local and regional arts community. A diverse gathering of over 40 creatives, makers and artists featuring original artwork and handmade goods for sale.

While you are downtown, check out the grand opening of Alafair's Tea Room: Allafair’s Tea Room, Books, and Boutique located at 112 N Forest Ave.

Drop off a baby gift item at Hart Life's Open House: Drop-in April 29th from 1pm - 5pm

Hart Life Pregnancy Center, 317 w Franklin St. Hartwell, GA

We are so excited to invite you to Hart Life's Baby Shower & Open House! Come tour our updated facility, meet our staff, board and volunteers and discover the many services we provide for the women, men and children in our community! You can also help us stock our newly renovated baby boutique! 

Parking will be available at South State Bank

Also this Saturday is the Healthy Kids Day at the YMCA from 10-12:30: 

Join us for Healthy Kids Day at the Y! This year, our event will be headlined by an exciting sprint triathlon for the kids! This event will include an 800ft run, biking/scootering* 6 laps and will end with a water slide down the hill!

*Participants will need to provide their own bike/scooter and helmet. Parents are permitted to assist the youngsters who want to participate in the triathlon. Participants must register ahead of time for the triathlon. Registration is available by clicking here  In addition to the triathlon, we will host bouncy houses, fun games and several vendors! This is sure to be the family event of the spring. We can't wait to celebrate healthy kids at the Y!

In the evening, is the SOLD OUT event! Taste of Hartwell Community Dinner! TORCH of Hartwell is excited to announce it will be hosting its 1st annual Taste of Hartwell, a community dinner fundraiser to benefit Railroad Street Park. This year's community dinner will be held Saturday, April 29th at 5pm at Railroad Street Park
